Astralis is a free, ad-supported astrology & natal-chart app for entertainment. By installing or using it, you agree to these Terms. All readings are for fun and are not scientific fact or advice.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Astralis ("the App") on Android devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App; some themes are intended for adults.
Astralis is provided for entertainment purposes only. Natal charts, horoscopes, compatibility, synastry, moon and planet information, and tarot readings are for fun, self-reflection and inspiration. They are not scientific fact, and not medical, psychological, financial, legal or relationship advice, and they do not guarantee any outcome or prediction. Do not make important life decisions based on the App; consult a qualified professional for real advice.
The birth date, time and place (and any name) you enter are used only to calculate your charts and readings, and are stored on your device. You are responsible for the information you enter; if you enter another person's details for a compatibility check, you should have their permission.
The App is free and supported by advertising. Optional unlocks or a subscription, if offered, are sold through Google Play Billing — prices and terms are shown before purchase, and subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends (manage in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions). Ad and attribution partners process limited data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile or modify the App (except where such restriction is prohibited by law), to circumvent or interfere with its advertising or security features, or to use it unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.
THE APP AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. Because the App is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed USD 10.00.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
This license remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach these Terms. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the App. Sections that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification) will survive.
The App is distributed through Google Play. This agreement is between you and the developer only, not with Google. Google is not responsible for the App or its content. Your use must comply with the Google Play Terms of Service, and your data is handled per the Google Privacy Policy. You also agree to comply with all applicable export-control laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
